Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and not resident in a sanctioned jurisdiction. Orders above $1,000 require identity verification.
2. Non-custodial service
CoinSwap never takes custody of your assets. Swaps execute against third-party market makers; you remain in control of your wallet at all times.
3. Quotes and execution
Quoted rates are valid for 30 seconds. If a quote expires before confirmation, the order is cancelled and no fee is charged.
4. Fees
A flat 0.1% swap fee applies unless a volume tier reduces it. Network and payout costs are shown before confirmation.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. CoinSwap is not liable for losses arising from market movement, blockchain congestion, or third-party payment rails.
